Together with a2censo, the Colombian Stock Exchange’s financing platform, we participated in an initiative to expand access to higher education for young Colombians.

An ecosystem brings people, organizations, challenges and incentives together. To transform it, we first need to understand its relationships.
We look beyond financial dimensions to understand how participants interact and which incentives shape their decisions. These relationships reveal opportunities for transformation.
